You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The items must be in the same condition as when you received them, and the original packaging must be intact.Non-Returnable Items:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.Partial Refunds:
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as for items with obvious signs of use, damage, missing parts, or items returned after the 30-day return period.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@retrostore.click. We may request photographic evidence of the damage, and we will either issue a refund or send you a replacement at no additional cost.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
